ImTOO FLV Converter is professional video FLV converter and SWF converter software, which can convert all popular video formats like DivX, XviD, WMV, 3GP, MPEG, MP4, M4V, ASF, RM, RMVB, MOV, VOB, AVI to FLV video and SWF formats. The following guide will help you finish the conversion step by step.

1. Free Download ImTOO FLV Converter and run it.
http://www.imtoo.com/flv-converter.html

2. Load the files: Add video or audio file(s) you would like to convert by clicking the "+" button in the main interface or choose “Add..." in the “File” menu.

Tip: If you want to convert a RM/RA file to FLV and SWF, you are supposed to add it on the way by clicking “Add Directshow files." in the “File” menu.

3. Select the target output format: In “Profile” combo-box, you could choose whatever format you want to convert your files to. All the target formats are shown in the dropdown list.

4. Set output mode: After selecting certain output format, the right panel will show general standard of the format. By clicking certain setting, you may specify it. Or just keep the default settings.

5. Select the output folder by clicking the “Browse..." button or directly enter a path in “Destination” box.

6. Begin to convert:
Finally, press the “Encode” button. You would see the info “Completed” in the status column after a successful conversion.

i think imtoo offers you the most convenient task management and easiest control capability, because:
The YouTube video converter allows you to choose how to download YouTube videos: directly drag the video file to Drop Zone, drag URL to main window of software and copy URL to “New Task” dialog.
The YouTube converter provides advanced task management functions: you can add, stop and delete tasks freely.
And more options are provided to adapt your habits: Specify the destination for the files; Rename the downloaded file; Set the downloaded file format to FLV, MP4; Set max simultaneous tasks;
Output files can be added to iTunes list automatically.
Independent Video Player, support playing .flv, .mp4 and more video formats.
It can provide the best capability to download videos on YouTube and convert to iPod supported format, or just save FLV files on your computer.

I haven’t used ImTOO FLV Converter, maybe can have a try. It sounds good. I know another converter with the similare function with ImTOO, but it support crop the video and add some credits to the film with many special effects.

Cheers!
