of course it’s imtoo!
look at its key features:
1.Rip subtitles with high-efficiency
The DVD subtitle extractor supports ripping subtitles from various sources, supports multiple output formats, and provides multiple options e.g. languages, chapters, frame rates and time division etc.
2.Output the subtitle image file
The DVD subtitle creator typesets the subtitle by A4 spec and output PDF files or image files to make the browsing and printing easy.
3.Unique multilingual comparison forms
For these DVD-Video discs with multilingual subtitles, ImTOO DVD Subtitle Ripper allows you to output multilingual comparison files, which brings more advantage for your foreign language study.
4.Retrieve Disc info:Retrieve volume label, title and chapter info of DVDs from the internet.

vicki, it really sounds like a commercial for imTOO.
The program CAN’T, I repeat CAN’T rip subtitles so you can add them to a dvd program later on, or use for your DivX files. Normally I use SubRip, but since I had to rip a dvd with more than 15000 subtitles, that program failed to do the job properly. Yes, I know, 15000 is a LOT, but they are generated by my dvd recorder, from my dv tape recordings, showing the date and time, which I would like to preserve.

So stay away from imTOO if you really need a subripper for practical use. I don’t see the purpose of imTOO anyway
