Burn DVD from TS VIDEO and RM VIDEO Folders

Hi,
How do I burn a DVD from the “VIDEO TS” and “VIDEO RM” folders? I copied these folders from the DVD(by placing in my dvd drive and copying from the dvd drive to my computer) and am wondering if there is any way to burn a DVD from these files.
