steve Guest | when I try to down load a file I get the error message saying it cannot play the file. When I click for more information I get OxCOOD1197 which says to enable all network protocols and also verify proxy settings. The network protocols are all enabled and I have tried everything from autodeteck to using the browser settings yet I still can’t download.
Can anyone help?

steve Guest | The problem exists for all sites that I try to download the mpeg files from. I reckon it must have something to do with the settings or there is a coruption in the program.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Technical_Sp. Guest | Hi steve.. how are you
Steve try to use RealPlayer if u like it ,it can
help u watch 'play mpeg or other formats.
in my view u need to Restore defaults of your IE , if u can’t find a way to fix IE problem try to use Netscape just for couple of time and check if you can download by it (can it enable you to)
