Weird problem playing dvd's from NTi CD DVD maker

I burned a movie onto a Memorex DVD+RW and it plays fine on my computer and my DVD player. The second time I burned a movie using same Memorex DVD+RW it was totally black when I tried to pull it up on my computer. I clicked play, but nothing but black. After rewriting several times nothing! But when I put it into my DVD player it plays fine!!! What is going on?
