need help with mp4 player it has a blue screen doesn't do anything

jackie.zang Guest maybe the FPC which connects the screen and the PCB boad of the player is cold soldered. maybe the screen is broken, change the screen. it’s better for you to return it to where you buy. www.hangno.com
