This item is identical with all markings. The only difference is mine was suppose to be an 8gb but I can’t find one anywhere so I think I got ripped off anyway it arrived and shows a blue screen with an hour glass on it and nothing happens. If I hook it to the computer it acts like it recognizes it like it will go doo doo and pop up the usb thing then nothing happens doesn’t show up on the computer. Can it be fixed? And can anyone tell me something about it. Please help. Thanks O and also can anyway tell me how to take this thing apart with out breaking it I have 2 screws in the bottmow I can removed them but I don’t know how to get to anything or if I should.
