Need Help Please.

Hi,
This is my first time posting on a forum, but this problem has worn me down to my last tether. I’ve recently downloaded a “Pocoyo” torrent for my niece but can’t watch the files. They open in Windows Media Player but only the audio works and there is no visual. The files are recognized as video clips but the files all end in H264.MP3.POPS.

That’s about all the information I have, hope someone can help.

You could try the ffdshow-tryout filters, or an alternate player such as VideoLan.
