abbo Guest | how can i burn two avi files on to one dvd so that they carry on from each other. I know how to just burn an avi file that is 700mb.

Etonic Guest | Use virtualdub and merge the two files, then burn the one single new created file on the dvd.
Make sure you have direct stream copy on both the audio codec and the video codec.

Dude Guest | First, use WinAVI to convert to DVD format. Then use DVDstrink to merge the two DVDs into one and burn using Nero.
