can anybody help me PLEASE. i don’t know what to do

When i trye listen the songs on my mp4 player which i just bought, each song play just 10sec then it stop and another song start to play - 10sec and then it stop again and again 10sec and all the time same thing happen. i do not know what to do PLEASE HELP ME
