I am having a problem with my downloads from e.mule. All music and tv series play fine but any films I download have no sound. Please could someone tell me what I need to download to solve this problem? I am new to all this so not much computer know how on these things. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Use a diagnostic utility to find out what audio codec the file uses:
avicodec: http://avicodec.duby.info
gspot: http://www.headbands.com/gspot
videoinspector: http://www.kcsoftwares.com/?vtb

Chances are it’s AC3, which you can download here http://www.moviecodec.com/downloads/20d.html (it’s a wild guess since it’s one of the more frequently used audio codec for long motion pictures), but the diagnostic utilities will tell you for sure.
