Help - JPEG 2000 Convert to AVI or MOV

I need to convert a raw jpeg 2000 file to a readable file format that quicktime can read. I was thinking that if I can get it into an AVI format then I can do something with the file. I would also be willing to pay someone to write a pluggin for this task. Help me out!
