hello all. i’m a newbie and need help.

i have downloaded a video clip in zip form. unzipping it, and the video is a .3gp file with a RealPlayer tag.

however, when i try to open the file with the Classic Media Player, i get the follwing error message:

— — — — — — — — — — — — —
Video: MPEG4 Video 176x144

i understand that some codes are missing and i need to have them. but 2 questions:

1. why are these things missing and not included in the player when i downloaded it first?

2.where can i get the missing codes or codecs?

thank u all for your help...
