Can't get .Bin File to work!

I’ve downloaded a .bin file, i’ve also downloaded VideoLan, and i still can’t get it to work. Any suggestions?

The only way videolan would read a .bin file is if it’s a vcd or svcd (basically mpeg-1 or mpeg-2 data). If it’s a data cd or contains some other format videolan won’t work. Your best bet is to just burn the cd image or extract the contents using a program like isobuster.
