That’s the fourcc for Windows Media Video 7. You have tons of options:
1. Download a) Windows Media Player 7.1 (Windows 98, Me, 2000), b) Windows Media Player 9 (Windows 98 SE, Me, 2000, or XP), or c) Windows Media Player 10 (Windows XP only). They can all be found here:

2. Download a codec package from here
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/format/codecdownload.aspx
Go to where it says 'Codec Installation Package for Windows Media Player 6.4' and click on the 'download now' button under it.

I’ve been to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/format/codecdownload.aspx but none of the downloads are compatible with Windows XP. Where should I go for Windows Media Video 7 (WMV1) codec? I have Windows Media Player 11 and just can’t play some videos because I apparently don’t have this codec on my computer.
