I am trying to play dvd’s that are burned in our office (television advertising) on my new laptop. These are DVD-R’s. Dell support tells me I don’t have the proper codec’s to play this dvd. The files are BUP, IFO, VOB. I have Windows media player,Dell Media experience, and Cyberlink PowerDVD on board. How do I get the proper codecs loaded so I can play these dvd’s?
