winavi problem

i have a problem with winavi.
i tried converting a file but it stoped at 99% and didnt continue (i even let it work for 2 more hours)
i dont have an internet conection on that computer does it matter?

anyways i tried to convert on a diffrent computer and it worked but it converted backwards. the up was down and down was up...

anyone knows how to fix it?

hi, which conversion you did caused this problem? Maybe you can try to use Media Player to play the file. If it stop at 99% when playing, well, it must be the problem of the file itself, please download some fixer to correct the file, you can refer to http://www.videohelp.com for some help.
