I have just started using Premier Pro 1.5. I had previously edited with Fast’s Video Machine. I’m trying to figure out how to place two video clips on the timeline (different angles of a wedding ceremony), and scrub the timeline so as to view both clips at the same time. I want to be able to mark the timeline at the points where I will want to dissolve back and forth to the two different clips. Then, after placing my markers, I will go back and place dissolves between the two clips where I placed markers. This is the process I used when editing two synchronized camera angles with “Video Machine”. Is there a way of doing this with Premier Pro, or a better way to do this kind of editing. Thanks for helping a complete novice to this editing software.
