low gamma in all media players except divx

im having problems with watching movies, in all mediaplayers exept divx the gamma is to low, its so dark that its hard to se anything at all.

im not much into this with codecs. does anyone know what might be the problem?

and it isnt possible to just turn the gamma up.

thx for any tips!
