DVD burning

Hi,

I’ve got a sony dvd burner and i’m using the software that came with it..it’s called Sonix MyDVD. Anyways i’m trying to burn a movie i downloaded from Kazaa (equilibrium) and the software automatically transcodes the video file to the best quality video, and as a result can only burn up to 70 minutes. Does anyone know if it’s possible for me to reduce the transcoding speed; reducing the video quality, so i can fit this whole movie onto one disc???
