NRG file, what opens it?

i recently downloaded an .nrg extension file, but i have no idea what opens it, any help?

nrg is a nero image file a bit like an iso

As stated above it is a cd image (it’s nero’s own format I think). To burn it, use a cd burning program which supports nrg. If all you want to do is just extract the contents MagicISO or ISOBuster should work.

u must emulate the nrg file with daemon tools or alcohol 120%
then use a video player to view the video ,it will create a virtual cd drive where the video files are stored,

ummm...i extracted the files using ISO buster. Got the VOB file. I use nero 6.6 ultra edition. Movie didnt play in the dvd player. Any advice?

So U got some Very Obvious Bastards file (VO..n U couldn’t get them 2 play on ur DVD player..eh? Tell U what..1st U has 2 have a folder called Virgina Totally Screw(VIDEO_TS) where all the bastards r in it n then open the BBQ oven(Nero)in Dirty Virgina Donkey(DVD)mode n drag them fuckers 2 hell n burn. Well..that’s it n I hope that U R satisfy with the answer given.

ROFLLLLL couldnt explain that any better,hope it makes any sence for some ppl lol,never had any probs with NRG files tho ,i just burn em with Nero without changing anything,no probs here

OK POeple i need help. I download a X-File “The Game”
And instend of it being a ISO so i can run it in my EPSXE OR even a normal CD dose not work. And Poeple on hear did not give egough Info About runing a Game NRG not a moive file. I have CD1-CD7.Nrg files. and i cant seem to get ahold oh Alcohol 120%. I relly injoyed this game Years ago and like to play it agine. If i can get a step by step instruchtion
