(I recommend using avicodec or videoinspector first, as opposed to gspot, since they can tell the difference between mpeg-1 and mpeg-2)
You say the extension is mpeg, so it could be mpeg-2 as opposed to mpeg-1, but just use one of the diagnostic programs to make sure, as extensions on file sharing programs tend to get renamed a lot. |
