help with downloads

Hi,
well i have a prob im hopeing some 1 mite want to help me with :-)
I have a LG super multie dvd drive and I download my movies from suprnova but hmm i cant get them to work...what have i to do
1. download the file yes after that do i have to do any thing with it b4 i try and copy it to the dvd drive! plzz some 1 help THANKS

U mean its in avi format right? R u having problem opening the file?

yes i do have probs opening them some time ..gosh why is this so hard? and so tell me what type of file is best ?
