Problems converting with Winavi 6.3

I download movies off of Winmx,been doing so for around 4 yr.,The Problem im noticing is this,the movies convert to writable DVD Format very well,the quality is that of store bought.Lately ive noticed that im having problems with a few freeze frames in viewing the final DVD.Its exceptionally great quality but with the exception of the few fames who freeze for a sec or two then the movie continues,is there a codec that i can use that will prevent this?Thanks,Pappy South.
