Use TMPEng to make SVCD or Nero Burning Rom with MPEG2 Plug in
An SVCD on a standard 800Mb CD can hold about 45-55 mins of movie.
XSVCD or KSVCD are encoded with a smaller bitrate and can therefore hold more minutes of film.
Use TMPEng to make any of the above.
