Touchpad is not working on Walker mp4 1 GB player

I bought the mp4 player only a wk ago on a trip to Malaysia.Now the touch pad is not working.The model is Walker mp4-BL363H.I tried to reset it but to no effect.Warranty is not valid in my country.Please help!
