Help burning a cue/bin file on a dvd!

I been searching but cant find how to do this. I tried nero but i get this.

The message basically says you need a CD-R or CD-RW (and that you have a DVD+R in your drive).
Get a blank CD-R or CD-RW (those are even cheaper than DVD-R, or DVD+R).

A little lowdown in case you’re not familiar with the different types of media (after all, all blank discs look the same)
CD CD-ROM CD-R CD-RW: 700MB (formerly 650Mcool
(single layer) DVD DVD-ROM DVD-R DVD+R DVD-RW DVD+RW: 4.7GB (aka roughly 4700MB, or 7 times what CD’s can hold)

I suspect the bin file was the image of a CD (not of a DVD).

You cant burn videos on a cd. The file i downloaded is a movie.
