i have no video but i have an audio

i downloaded a movie step up from axxo using bitlord, ive completed it hundred percent.. my problem is when i palyed it, it only have audio but no video.. this is my first time i downloaded from bitlord.. anyone there can help me? what is the problem of the movie that i downloaded.. help plsss..

Use a diagnostic utility to find out what video codec the file uses:
avicodec: http://avicodec.duby.info
gspot: http://www.headbands.com/gspot
videoinspector: http://www.kcsoftwares.com/?vtb

I had this problem before just google for blaze dvd it worked for me after that.
