can anyone help every time i go to open a video file i get an error message from windows explorer,
if i try to open useing media players the folder closes and the error message appears from which ever media player i use

why do people say that they get an error and then dont say what the error is.

If you cant remember the error try opening the file with another player. BlazeDVD, winamp, vlc player any would work. Just remember to post the error if you really want someone to help you.

You probably don’t have the correct codec.
