That’s the unsupported format error message. It’s very hard to know what it is unless you use a more sophisticated diagnostic tool. Use one or more of the ones listed on this page.

error code c00d1199 had same problem installed win amp everything plays now would not play on wmp10 hope this helps

I’ve found that MusicMatch plays the mp3 files that media player 10 wouldn’t. I burnt the file on a CD-RW through MusicMatch, and ripped it back through media player so it would be encoded in a way acceptable for the player. So far that’s the work around I’ve found. Troublesome but it works.

Also trying to find solution. HAve R7C aka UFC2000 to record streaming audio. Optikns on R7C allow just audio to be recorded as .waw file or .mp3 however .mp3 option has options such as bits per second rate (38000, 44100 or another).

The recording is a windowms media player file but it displays this error. CD001199

Am trying to find solution. Will post one if available.

Have also tried it on DivX Player. Doesn’t work.

run any file that wont play through windows media player 10 through acoustica mp3 to wave convertor,convert mp3 to mp3 then it will play

Hi: you can play this by using the FREE Divx player (it seems to stay more up-to-date )

The one at the bottom is free and works for this codex. And many more.

OK. I Found a Fix for this Codeing Problem. It is VLC Player.
I watch a lot a Anime on my Computer and this Player works for those Videos that want play. So there the site. It is a Completely Different Player. It will not give it’s own Codes to your other Players. Cool

C00D1199 errors with Windows Media Player 10? Then try downloading DivX521. It worked pour moi.
