actually the answer is very simple ...you have to change your ie settings.. here is how you do it or at least here is how it worked for me when i was getting the codec name “75” ...first click in ie on Tools then go to security then click where it says Internet then press custom level and click on Active X controls and plugins and disable and then click on download unisined active x control and disable it....hope it works
