ac3filter help

i’v just d/l a film and ts comes with 2 files which are ac3filter andXviD-1.0.2-29082004.exe which the read me text says “you need to run these two files for the video and audio codecs that work with media player” so i install both of them and start to play the film in divX but all the sound messed up the speech is in slowmotion and all i can hear is other random sounds, any one know why or how i need to configure ac3filter.
