Please Help me i need china mp4 phone codec

i bought so called clone of NOkia N95 . it is china made. It plays Mp4 and 3gp vidoes.

The inbuilt mp4 vidoes plays well. but when i try to create mp4 from softawares, the phone shows as invalid ile, i tried even .mtv format , still doesnt work. Is any chinese version software which make mp4 that plays in the mobile made by china. please help me am very upset.
