I have trouble playing a download i got from the web. i tried playing it on media player and cyberlink dvd but i only get the audio. no pics... i dunno what i did wrong or didn’t do right... help!

What’s the file extension? To find out what codec the file may need, or if it’s corrupt or truncated, feed it into a diagnostic utility like gspot or avicodec.
