kelvin Guest | Before everything seem to be working, then i had to unistall Kazaa because my local disc(C was to low ,then i had no choice but to unistall it, then my local disc work but after, i wanted to reinstall it. It did work but it did not work when i wanted to use the page or web but a fucking messege appeared that said and still said NOT CONNECTED.TELL ME WHAT TO DO who ever u are .

Regular Rep: 0Joined: 15 Jun 2005 Posts: 180 OFFLINE | I would recommend not using Kazaa, because it really does suck. I haven’t tried Limewire, so I don’t know about that. Mostly, I use torrents for my downloads, and the client I use is Azureus, which is awesome. I use Shareaza as an alternative P2P program. It uses 3 networks (Gnutella 1 & 2, eDonkey) and it also does torrents (not very well). These 2 programs are all anyone needs, and they can be screaming fast so long as you set up your firewall properly. If you are using an NAT router like me, I would recommend turning off it’s firewall. It probably depends on the router, but until I turned off the firewall my P2P programs kept causing my internet connection to disconnect. So, if anyone wants quality file sharing programs with no spyware etc. get Azureus and Shareaza. I guarentee they will work perfectly so long as you set up your firewalls, forward ports etc. I can’t believe I used to use Kazaa, its so fucking slow!

kelvin Guest | You are right man kazaa is fucking slow , But depends if u are using audio files or games files , games files take too long or movie , ecept for audio. The only way to make kazaa run faster while downloading your music or game, make sure that your local disc has free enoegh space that is simple and easy , and also make sure to not have to many programs running on your PC, which will make kazaa slower then u think , and also the more program u get u will get a fraking critical virus on your PC , u wont see them but it happen automatically (If u dont want this to happen on your PC (Get Ball Guard ) an antivirus program that will help u clean your computer the good news is that when u get ball guard u will get 60 days for free with the full version bads news is after those 60 days u have to pay , ,But whats new about Ball Guard it has an Anit fire wall , and Scan . This is why i lov Bull guard it helps your P2P run even better on kazaa so hate it or love it , also bull Guard will tell u when a virus comes it will appear then u have to deleted by ball Guard isnt this wonderfull folks so belive me Get BAll GUARD.

I don’t need to pay for a firewall, and neither does anyone else because the Windows firewall is good enough. Believe me once you have tried Shareaza, you won’t want to go back to Kazaa. Find almost any mp3 on Shareaza and if it has lots of sources it might download close to your full bandwidth. Never use Kazaa again it sucks.

If you want to download albums then torrents are the best way. Single mp3’s are one of the only things where you can’t use torrents because they’re so small. Basically if anything is 10MB of larger then torrents is the best way to get it.

Yo Guest | If you like Shareaza then you will love limewire. I’ve tryed shareaza and its ok, the problem though is that most people you are downloading from or own limewire. Limewire is really fast, i can download a 700mb game in just under 8 hours with a averge speed of 150kb\sec. And as far as songs are concerned, less than a min a song. And unlike kazaa there is no malware/spyware that comes with the program.
