How do I open a .dvd file

I have never seen a .DVD extension before and I am having some trouble opening it. There are 6 files.

Rayman.dvd 1kb
Rayman.000 1,048,576kb
Rayman.001 1,048,576kb
Rayman.002 1,048,576kb
Rayman.003 1,048,576kb
Rayman.004 395,520kb

Those files sizes add up to the total size of the dics (not compressed). I have tried WinRar, Clone CD, Nero, Alcohol, WinISO, and a few more. None of those programs will open a .dvd file. Any help would be great.

Hi from Madrid.
Just only do the following from a command windows (DOS prompt):
copy /b archive.000+archive.001+archive.002 archive.iso
and then burn it!!!!
