You just gotta love those file-naming conventions on file sharing networks. Anyways there’s several possibilities.
ts = telesync (esoteric)
svcd = super video cd (mpeg-2)
repack = recompressed???
cd1 = is it a cd image? (iso, bin, etc)
mpg = mpeg-1 or mpeg-2? could it be an avi or wmv renamed to mpg like you so often see on kazaa?

in case of a cd image try isobuster. if it’s a zip or rar try winrar? i don’t know if svcd is a valid file extension, but u could try isobuster or videolan. mpg - definitely try videolan as it’s the mpeg player of choice.
