AVI video not playing

I recently created three slideshow movies with audio in Nero, they burnt fine and can view them fine.

I then ripped them down to avi files using DVD Ripper. Now they still play fine on my computer and another persons as well. But two other people I have shared them with only get the audio and not the video part. They have the same version of windows mediaplayer that I have so I don’t understand.

Can anyone help me with this please?
