costy Guest | i spoke too soon.
lately i had to take some exams(finished high school) .
so the vid is bad (like pixeled image but with big squares )
this does not depend on the keyframe,the resolution or the bitrate(tried with diffrent modifications of the values but useless)
i`ve noticed that the image gets better when there is not much movement in the video.
what should i try next?
