4gb SumVision MP4 Help

Just recently purchased this unit and have noticed some issues, manual not very helpful. Anybody got any helpful suggestions?

1. Doesn’t seem to be compatible with Macs, only Windows-based. Is this fixable?

2. How does one group music on it according to genres and not all lumped together in one huge pile?

3. How exactly to convert movies, etc., to it? Manual not very helpful there.
