0010-8000-00AA00389B71}" is the missing codec error:The codec you are missing is not available for download from this site. You might be able to find it on another site by searching the Web for "-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}" (this is the WaveFormat or FourCC identifier of the codec). done that but cant understand pc jargon - whoops

What is the WaveFormat or FourCC? It should be a number or a four letter code. What you’re giving us is a GUID; GUID’s aren’t very helpful for diagnosing codec problems.
If you’re still lost, download one of the following tools and paste to us what it spits back when you feed your file into it.
