Hi I want do download stuff off YouTube etc to my Mp4 Media Player(its Not a Mac Apple Version)

I am using A Vizion Mp3/Mp4 Player 2GB Capacity the Instructions leave a
lot to be desired It also says in the Quick Guide
“How to convert and transfer video file to Mp4 Player?
1.Requirements:
The following formats of video clips can be “converted” into AMV file to
the MP4 player .avi asf wmv. mpeg. rm. mov vob

No Mention of Flash or flip the type one gets from YouTube

They then give you a very small software CD to do this converting.

So far I failed to get anywhere using my Vizion for MP4 content its just
NOT very user friendly also there is NO Technical support helpline either.
So therefore I do Not want to invest in software that would be a
complete waste of money.

I have used this software as Trial version on a evaluation basis.

Anyone recommend a decent Mp4 Player? or is it better to go with one of
those portable DVD units ?as this things are gimmicks that strain the eyes anyway.
