Hi, I’m having trouble with kazaa, and I’m hoping someone can tell me how to fix this problem.
I remember before, years ago when napster and kazaa were fairly new, I picked a file to download and it downloaded at like 50- 80kb/s
but now, I"m lucky to get 1kb/s sometimes./ I am always “remotely queued." In a nutshell, in order to download one thing, I need to find appx 20 sources of it, and click to download all of them. Then out of the two or three that start to download, usually I only get 1 or 2 kb/s and it takes days to download. I have a broadband internet connection, so I don’t understand this at all. Why is it so slow all the time? what can I do to speed things up?

I might be wrong, but I think it depends on the user you are getting the file from’s system eg. if they only have a small amount of bandwidth available for uploads, that’s all you get. KazaaLiteK++ 2.4.3 help files explain it in more detail.
