I dunno but I kinda like Wario much better then Shadow. Shadow is just ...lame. I mean the Shadow the Hedgehog game was terrible. Why would the Ultimate Life Form need guns and vehicles? Heck, I thought it was going to be the GTA of Sonic, apparently it was one of my dumbest decisions ever

Shadow doesn’t need guns and vehicles, vehicles are completely optional and guns are for the most part. He just choses to use them(show off). And why does everyone compare Shadow the Hedgehog with GTA? Oh wow there’s guns and vehicles, but wait Everything or Nothing 007 has guns an vehicles does that mean it’s GTA too? Same with Halo. Seriously ShTH plays nothing like a GTA game.
As far as Shadow vs Wario goes, I’d say Shadow easily he is the most powerful Sonic character and even owned Silver. His Chaos Powers are what really backs up the title of the Ultimate Life Form.
