audio codec tag 75

Windows Media Player(WMP) reported an “audio codec tag 75” is required to play the clip i’m trying to see. But the video part is not even playing. There is nothing when i attempt to play the clip, no video, no sound, just an error reply, after WMP attempts to download the codec itself from the web.

Can someone help, please!
