I have recently purchased Windows Vista. I took a video with my digital camera, and when I uploaded it to the PC, the sound won’t load but the video does. It says I’m missing a codec, which it doesn’t find on the internet either. It said on the WMP website that I was missing the -0010-8000-00AA00389B71} codec. I searched for it on google and didn’t find it. Then I ran GSpot and found it was the 0x0007 MULAW codec which I am looking for and I still can’t find it.. What can I do? This is driving me insane now! I can’t play it on Winamp either, and I need to burn this as a DVD but I think the sound won’t load if I do.. HELP!!

i think the reason is WMP cannot support the AVI video your camera has made. you can try Xilisoft Video Converter to convert it to WMV or other compatible formats.
