Quicktime Files playing in Yellow/Red colours (please help..)

I have had a Video problem for awhile now, on occasion my WMP and internet would play videos in a generally gritty yellow/red colour. Same applies for Quicktime, however Quicktime always plays like this, WMP sometimes plays alright.

I have download a mass of Codec packs, but to no avail, any help here would be deeply appreciated.
