What effects War? Drugs, Music, People?

I say Music. Look at the Flower Generation. Some of the worlds greatest music was made in that time, and most of it was against war.

Oh, and ALOT of drugs.

But what else? How can we effect War?

Drugs and music play a big part but people do as well especially up in politics.
