BURNING BIN FILES

everytime i download a movie and extract the bin and cue files i use alcohol to burn them but then after they are done i try and play them but the picture is always bad. I’ve tried several downloading several different verisons and everytime the same thing happens so i’m starting to believe that i am the one doing something wrong. anyone have any advice to help me out

I’m assuming you meant you burned them to a cd or dvd. For diagnostic you can try extracting the data directly from the CD using isobuster or a similar program. If it’s a (S)VCD try playing it with videolan. The idea is to try playing it from the hard disk. If it plays fine from the hard disk maybe the cd-rom drive is slow and can’t read data fast enough off the cd. If it plays just as bad there’s the possibility the file is corrupt (or you have an underpowered pc, or other things... try closing all unnecessary programs, etc).
