Phonebook on MP4 player

I’ve looked at the driver CD that came with my MP4 playe but no matter what I do, I can’t put an yphone numbers or personal details intop the phonebook of my MP4 player. If you could help, that would be great.

Another thing... is it possible to change the flowery welcome screen?
